Why Choose Me?

As a board-certified clinical supervisor in Texas, I’m deeply passionate about guiding and inspiring the next generation of professionals. My mission is to help you grow with confidence, skill, and purpose—pushing you to reach your full potential in this rewarding field. I’m excited to walk alongside you on this next step of your professional journey.
My areas of expertise include child welfare, medical and hospice care, individual therapy, and court-related services. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I'm here to support and challenge you every step of the way.

What I'm Looking for in a Supervisee:

I’m looking for individuals who are passionate, curious, and open to growth. The ideal supervisee is someone who’s ready to engage in reflective practice, ask meaningful questions, and receive feedback with a growth mindset. You don’t need to have all the answers—I value authenticity, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to ethical, client-centered care.

Whether you're just beginning your clinical journey or seeking supervision for licensure, I’m here to provide a supportive, challenging, and collaborative environment that helps you thrive professionally and personally.

What to Expect:

When doing clinical supervision you typically meet with your supervisor for 4 hours per month. In my program, I offer a virtual group session and an in person group session. You can live anywhere in Texas and participate in supervision. Typically, most participate in the virtual group sessions because of their ease and convenience. My virtual group session will be held on Tuesdays each month from 6 pm to 8 pm and Fridays from 2-4 pm. You must meet with your supervisor for 100 total hours in no less than 24 months.

Group settings are ideal because it can provide feedback from peers, often working in different fields, as well as guidance and feedback from the supervisor. Group members will typically present cases or ethical dilemmas they encounter at work. They will receive feedback from the supervisor as well as other group members. We will work on understanding the DSM-V and DSM-V TR, medications, how to "think" for the LCSW exam, practice test questions, NASW Code of Ethics, Texas Administrative Code, and different therapeutic modalities.

I want my supervisees to grow as clinicians and be able to pass the exam. I cannot wait to work with you! Contact me to see if we are a good fit!
